Important Migration Information - Act by February 8, 2023.

We have prepared this chart that will help you identify the steps for you to take for a course, depending on a few factors like:

  • if the course starts before or after February 15, 2023.

  • if the course has already been created in the current system.

  • if spaces have been sold in the course, but the learner has not been added to a course.

  • if learners have been added to the course.

Each pathway in the chart results in an action, or no action, for that course, and tells the AST what to expect following an action. Some actions for course starting this week may need to be completed by 9:00 a.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. GMT /11:00 p.m. KST Wednesday, February 8. So, if you have a course between now and February 15, please review this chart as soon as possible.
